What you'll do
As an Enablement Consultant you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering engaging learning experiences that drive performance improvement and execution capabilities across our Global Sales Development organization in EMEA. Your training will focus on a broad range of skills, topics, and behaviors needed to support the readiness and effectiveness of sales development representatives. The ideal candidate has extensive experience building and delivering high-impact instructor-led training and eLearning for sales teams. They have business and sales acumen, learning design expertise, and experience with eLearning tools. This position is an individual contributor role that reports to Manager, Global xDR Performance Partners.Responsibilities:Develop and deliver training programs for Sales Development teams (SDRs, MDRs, PDRs), focusing on product knowledge, sales strategies and skills, and effective use of sales toolsTrain and enable teams primarily in EMEA, with flexibility to accommodate overlapping time zones for North AmericaPrototype and improve learning materials, presentations, and training modules to align with sales objectives and Docusign’s go-to-market strategy in the EMEA regionDeliver and continue to enhance onboarding programs for Sales Development new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, skills and tools needed to succeedConduct both virtual and in-person training sessions, adapting delivery style to suit different learning environments and languagesEvaluate and assess instruction and impact, using performance data to advise decision-making and drive continuous improvementWork closely with field leadership, product, enablement, and marketing teams to ensure that training is aligned with the latest product updates and company goalsUtilize a learning management system (LMS) and/or a content management system (CMS) platform
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. What you bring
Basic:Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a business-related or technical-related field or equivalent experience5+ years of experience with Sales Enablement and/or Instructional Design in a technology-driven business environmentKnowledge of own function, including functional principles, core practices, policies, procedures, methodologies and tools; and knows how to apply this knowledge to complete assigned workPreferred:Experience using LMS or CMS platforms and eLearning authoring toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in analyzing and reporting on learning data via Google Sheets/ExcelExperience in a sales roleProficient in commonly used sales toolsReceptive to change. Flexible. Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: California: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary Illinois and Colorado: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary Washington DC: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
