The Commercial Co-ordinator will report to the Commercial Manager and will be a hybrid role with office days in Tinryland, Co. Carlow. This is a permanent contract working a 39 hour per week.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities (General):
1. Assist in the preparation and management of commercial contracts and agreements specific to the food manufacturing industry.
2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and events for the commercial team.
3. Maintain and update customer databases and records, including tracking orders and deliveries.
4. Prepare and analyze sales reports and market research data related to food products.
5. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to address inquiries and provide support.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for food products.
7. Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met, particularly for product launches and seasonal promotions.
8. Support the commercial team with administrative tasks as needed.
Required Profile:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the food manufacturing or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
