Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager in a luxury 5* Hotel located in Co Dublin.
This role is ideal for someone currently working in a high-volume 5* Hotel and looking to take on new challenges. As a key member of the events team, you will be responsible for coordinating conferences, banquets, and other events to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the C&B Manager in planning, organizing, and executing conferences, banquets, and other events
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to ensure excellent service and quality
* Lead and motivate a team of event coordinators to achieve exceptional results
* Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and catering, to drive revenue growth and improve overall hotel operations
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Conference and Banqueting Manager or Assistant in a high-volume 5* Hotel
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Familiarity with hotel software systems, including property management and event management systems
