You'll report to our VP, Group Commercial Affairs, and occasionally travel internationally.Your mission: oversee our commercial operations, build relationships, and contribute to strategic planning and business development, while ensuring legal compliance.ResponsibilitiesPartner with one of the Inizio Business Units (BU) and understand their main operational and financial drivers.Build and nurture client relationships, understanding their requirements.Collaborate across the Inizio business, keeping all team members informed.Lead MSA negotiations, working with business and legal teams to ensure timely signatures.Provide summaries and training on important Master Service Agreement (MSA) terms to the business.Ensure all client MSAs/SOWs and data points are loaded into the HighQ system.Work with our finance teams to keep pricing updated and aligned with our needs.Manage a team of Contract Analysts, ensuring SOWs meet requirements, quality standards, and are accomplished on time.Ensure SOW accuracy and consistency.Develop Contract Analysts, providing regular feedback and support.Manage pricing council submissions through the internal pricing approval process, partnering with the BU CFO.About youExcellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to solve problems, analyse information, and achieve quality standards.Flexibility to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Minimum of a bachelor’s level degree, or relevant experience.Previous experience building and leading a global Commercial function, ideally in a professional services or pharmaceutical organization.About usAt Inizio, we help our clients navigate their clinical development and commercialization journey by connecting the best scientific knowledge, market intelligence, actionable data, technology, communication, and creative execution.
