About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Implementation Manager to lead our software solution implementations with clients across Healthcare and Financial Services sectors.
The successful candidate will establish project scope, gather requirements, and oversee product development and delivery within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Determine project scope and gather client requirements in Healthcare and Financial Services sectors.
* Develop and implement project plans, track progress, and escalate issues as necessary.
* Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
* Test final solutions for quality and prepare user training materials.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and presentation skills for effective stakeholder meetings and project reviews.
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently on multiple projects with adaptability to changing priorities and timelines.
* Will to travel to clients for onsite meetings and training, with a full driving license.
* Desirable: degree-level education, project management experience, knowledge of project management tools and software, PMI/Prince certification, and proficiency with MS Office products.
