Responsibilities
* End-to-End Recruitment from sourcing to offer.
* Building Talent Pools to ensure future needs of the company
* Manage stakeholders and partner with hiring managers to ascertain needs.
* Conduct interviews over phone, video, and in-person with candidates.
* Support and promote the company’s employer branding initiatives.
* Do relevant market research andstay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity within the German-speaking job market.
* Provide regular reports on recruitment progress, KPIs, and challenges to management,
Skills
* Excellent level of written and spoken German language skills are essential. Strong proficiency in English is also required,
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a recruitment role, with a focus on hiring for German-speaking regions.
* Strong communication skills.
* Good experience in sourcing through a variety of channels.
* Experience in conducting interviews and assessments.

* Organisational Skills
* Comfortable working with recruitment technology, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools.
* Cultural awareness of the nuances and employment laws specific to the German market.
Contract type: Permanent, full-time
Location:Dublin, hybrid
Salary: 35,000 Euro per Annum +Commission
