Job Title: Community Operations Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Community Operations Analyst to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our community support team, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients' communities and resolving inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for investigating and resolving issues reported on our client's platform, responding to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy, and enforcing our clients' Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist our clients' communities and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately, and on time.
* Become and remain knowledgeable about our clients' products and community standards.
* Make well-balanced decisions and personally drive to be an effective advocate for our community.
* Investigate and resolve issues that are reported on our client's platform such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content.
* Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy.

Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
