Document Control Specialist Job Description
This role supports our Quality team during a transition period and manages supplier documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle KDP Quality - Suppliers communication and manage related documentation.
* Manage supplier documentation, working closely with Suppliers to retrieve necessary information.
* Record production data in appropriate databases for suppliers, customers, regulatory, and GFSI compliance.
* Analyze data and prepare weekly and/or monthly summary reports, including trend analysis.
* Work with R&D, Procurement, and quality departments to ensure proper documentation is maintained.
* Assist in preparing pertinent documentation and reports on quality and food safety issues.
* Communicate with stakeholders on focus areas, including status of open issues and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
* Maintain records to meet KDP requirements.
* Promote, support, and guide the development of standardized documentation per corporate Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures.
* Maintain systems, including OPTIVA, ETQ, and SharePoint, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and accessibility of reference information.
* Interface with Corporate and manufacturing site teams to ensure document standards are maintained.

Multitasking is required daily, with constant assessment of prioritization to best meet customer and business needs.
