Care Network Ireland are seeking an experienced Office Administrator for an immediate start. The successful candidate will work as part of our fast-paced team.

The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience in basic accounts, sales, recruitment, and/or HR background.
Duties and responsibilities
Key responsibilities for the role will include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Prepare weekly payroll
2. Manage compliance records
3. Assist with shift allocation where required
4. Liaise with clients
5. General administration/ Human Resource Duties
Requirements:
* Fluent English - spoken and written
* Computer proficient
* Extremely organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise daily workloads
* The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
* The ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
* Confident and have a polite telephone manner
