Ryanair is seeking a Legal Disruptions Coordinator to join its Customer Service team, Europe's largest airline group.

Main Responsibilities:
- Classify flights based on disruption circumstances, available evidence, and CJEU/National Court interpretations of Reg. EU/261.
- Collaborate closely with Operations Control Centres in Dublin and Warsaw to prepare and organize evidence reflecting decision-making processes and measures taken to support customers during flight disruptions.
- Work with external law firms to address barriers to success and maximize court success rates.
- Engage with other operational teams, including Base Captains, to ensure a panel of suitable individuals can attend court as required.
- Assist Customer Service Agents and external legal teams in handling claims and oversee compliance with internal policy and litigation procedures.
- Prepare and provide legal training for Customer Service Agents, Operations, and in-house Paralegal and Regulator teams to enhance knowledge and understanding of passenger rights and relevant EU/national legislation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of passenger rights and relevant EU/national legislation.
- Respond to queries from in-house and external legal teams regarding flight classification, reasons for disruption, and interpretation of Operations evidence.
- Collect documentation useful for case handling and keep the CS legal folder up-to-date.
- Identify knowledge gaps and provide training to in-house and external legal teams and other stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:
- 1+ years' experience in an Operations, Newskies, or Flight Disruptions-related position.
- Ability to understand, interpret, and explain complex matters related to flights operations to in-house and external legal teams.
- Understanding of Ops and CS Booking systems is required, and knowledge of internal Ryanair tools would be advantageous.
- Some legal background or experience with Regulation EU 261/04 and Reg. 1107/2006 would be beneficial.
