We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join our growing shoot location hire startup. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for the creative industries, who understands the nuances of digital marketing and has a flair for building strong business relationships. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, increasing brand awareness, and driving revenue through strategic marketing campaigns and direct outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing
* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase online presence.
* Manage social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) by creating engaging content and fostering community engagement.
* Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletters.
* Optimize SEO and SEM efforts to improve website visibility and search rankings.
* Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) and use data to refine strategies.
* Collaborate to produce marketing materials, including blog posts, videos, and case studies.
* Identify potential clients (photographers, filmmakers, event organizers, agencies) and build a pipeline of leads.
* Reach out to networks and build partnerships with production houses, agencies & brands.
* Conduct sales outreach via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
* Maintain and grow existing client relationships by providing excellent customer service and identifying upselling opportunities.
General
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in digital marketing and sales.
* Contribute to business development strategies by providing insights on customer feedback and market demands.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
* At least 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a startup or creative industry.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp, etc.).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
