Your new role
As an IT Technician, you will provide daily support and operations for the enterprise systems, applications, and network infrastructure at our Dublin and Cork manufacturing sites. Your responsibilities will include:
* Resolving incidents and requests according to agreed SLAs and ensuring proper documentation.
* Offering input on local site requirements and technical details for Global IT Projects.
* Performing quality control of IT deliveries and services.
* Assisting with the Global IT Demand process and working closely with stakeholders across the business.
* Ensuring adherence to Global IT Governance and standards at both sites.
* Supporting IT processes and regulatory responsibilities, including preparing documents for inspections and audits.
* Providing technical assistance for Technical Services Departments in Dublin and Cork.
* Maintaining IT Disaster Recovery procedures and mitigating deviations according to the Incident Management process.
* Creating, reviewing, and following all controlled SOPs and WIs as required.
* Adhering to Health and Safety and Environmental procedures.
* Providing 24/7 on-call support and maintenance as part of a team for the Dublin and Cork sites.

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
* Substantial experience delivering IT Services, computer system technology operation and support, preferably within the pharmaceutical experience.
* Understanding of enterprise architecture concepts and major platform usage.
* Knowledge in Network and Server administration and maintenance.
* Experience with automation integration to computerized systems.
* Knowledge of Compliance/Validation in a regulated industry.
* Familiarity with ITIL processes.
* Experience in solving incidents and enforcing standards and processes.
