Our client is a globally recognised name in animal nutrition. For more than 30 years their natural range of premixes has been used to support animal health and improve the performance for sustainable and profitable livestock production. They have a particular focus on the pig and ruminant areas.
Opportunity
As the Marketing Manager, you will interact closely with third-party marketing agencies including PR, digital marketing, and design, bringing marketing campaigns to life. You will have a proven track record in marketing management and will work with colleagues from across the organisation to ensure marketing activity and messages are consistent with the company vision, values, and priorities.
Responsibilities
To develop and implement a clear, compelling, and customer-centric marketing strategy for the company:
1. Ensure their why, what, and who are clearly communicated across all marketing platforms.
2. Own the branding of the business and the product portfolio.
3. Conduct market research to aid new market entry and new product launches.
4. Coordinate and develop all marketing activities e.g.;
5. Product Launches.
6. Website.
7. Social Media platforms – Blogs, Tech Reports, Customer Testimonials, etc.
8. Collate data from trials and peer-reviewed papers and develop into compelling value propositions.
9. Develop marketing collateral with consistent messaging focused on markets and species.
10. Provide tailored sales presentations and materials which ensure return on investment is clearly communicated to the target customer.
11. Coordinate and plan the execution of high-profile events, tradeshows, and sponsorships.
12. Responsibility for Marketing department input to CRM.
Candidate Requirements
1. Ideal candidate will have both a relevant Agriculture background and Marketing qualification.
2. Minimum of 4 years' experience in an Agri-related marketing role preferable.
3. Ability to travel occasionally to trade fairs and other marketing-related reasons.
4. Excellent presentation skills.
5. Works independently.
6. Strong IT skills.
Remuneration
