Overview
PepsiCo R&D are hiring an R&D Sr Scientist on a temporary basis for 12 months.
We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo’s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. Role Summary
This role provides a wonderful opportunity for the successful candidate to independently manage complex technical projects with minimal supervision from Brand managers or R&D Directors across the entire Europe beverage portfolio. This senior role will manage transversal projects based on business needs. This includes working with senior stakeholders within R&D as well as cross-functional teams across the business.
Responsibilities
The role will be responsible for working with Brand managers in delivering technical stage gate end-to-end low complexity projects and early stage gate for some medium complexity projects as well as, depending on the agenda and alignment with manager, leading all activities of a project independently.
Qualifications
Experience in FMCG R&D product development or other related role preferred.
Postgraduate or Graduate in Food, Science or Engineering discipline or equivalent (engineering for process roles).
