Job Summary
The Subway Manager is a key leader responsible for the overall performance and success of the restaurant. This role requires strong operational skills, exceptional customer service, and the ability to motivate and train staff members.
Responsibilities
* Directs overall restaurant management, ensuring food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
* Maintains restaurant safety and security standards.
* Recruits and trains staff members, overseeing the training program.
* Responsible for inventory and money control systems, establishing schedules as needed.
* Liaises with customers to promote sales and implement local marketing initiatives.
* Maintains accurate business records, analyzing data to increase sales.
* Supports national marketing initiatives and completes University of Subway courses as directed.
Requirements
A minimum of two years' experience in a restaurant environment, with supervisory and training experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
