We have a vacancy for an Assistant Service Manager in our Dublin depot.
The successful candidate will be responsible for aiding in the day to day running of a busy service department.
The ideal candidate should have a management background preferably in construction plant equipment or motor trade, display excellent communication, administrative, and organizational skills and be commercially oriented.
Duties and responsibilities:
Processing of paperworkLiaise with service engineers on a daily basisPre plan and co-ordinate work for a team of engineersCompile and liaise with customers regarding quotations for repairsDeal with customer queries in a timely mannerCommunicate with other departments in the business where relevantWeekly / Monthly reportingPromptly resolve account queries where necessaryUpdate and communicate effectively with Service Manager/DirectorManage expectations for significant customer baseKey Experience and Skills:3 years relevant experience preferableExcellent communication skills on all levelsKnowledge of construction plant equipment or motor trade a distinct advantageStrong computer knowledge including Microsoft OfficeStrong administrative skillsDeadline focused with the ability to prioritise tasksCustomer service orientatedAbility to work on own initiativeFull-time Role: Monday to
