Parks and Leisure Administrator
This is a Full-Time Monday-Friday position with a temporary contract expected to last for a minimum of 3 months.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling membership administration, payments, and direct debit queries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage membership administration, including payments and direct debit queries.
* Assist with retention strategies, follow-up calls, and exit questionnaires.
* Promote memberships through outreach events.
* Manage bookings for facilities such as pitches, halls, and event spaces.
* Use leisure management software (Legend, BRS for Golf, Coursepro).
* Act as the primary point of contact for leisure enquiries.
* Liaise with finance for invoicing and refunds.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 GCSES (Grades A-C) to include English Language and Maths.
* Minimum of 1 year's administrative or clerical experience.
* Minimum of 1 year's experience in a customer-focused environment.
* Good planning and organisational skills.
* Ability to work to a high standard with minimum supervision.
* Competent in the use of Windows and Microsoft Office.
Desirable Criteria:
* Experience with Booking or POS systems.
