B2B Senior Marketing Specialist - Food Industry

About the Role
The Senior Marketing Specialist will support strategy development for Kerry's Food business in Europe, enabling strategy execution through collaboration with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive category expertise and position the team as experts internally and externally.
* Maintain a deep understanding of the Food category's past, present, and future trends.
* Provide critical customer, consumer, geography, and technology insights.
* Collaborate with Insights teams and third-party data providers to enhance category knowledge.
* Identify gaps in current capability and support strengthening the Food category value proposition.
* Support Activation and Foodservice Marketing teams in developing localized market understanding.
* Ensure accurate positioning of Kerry technologies in Europe based on robust category knowledge.
* Work closely with Food Senior Marketing Manager and technology teams to ensure strategic alignment.
* Align marketing activities with Food category needs and regional European strategy.
* Transfer category expertise and knowledge to Sales Teams for customer engagements.
* Build stronger partnerships with selected Global Key Accounts.
* Manage budget and key performance metrics against business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (essential).
* Curiosity, analytical thinking, and insight-led approach.
* Experience in B2B or food ingredient industry within strategic planning or insights role (advantageous).
* Knowledge of Marketing fundamentals, Research, Activation, Consumer Insights, and Data Analysis.
* Excellent communication skills and talent for sharing information.
* Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and ideas.
* Enthusiastic attitude towards interacting with different functions and serving on a multinational team.
* Project management skills, including stakeholder management.
* Quantitative and qualitative analysis methodologies.
* Creativity in preparing client meetings and building partnerships.
* Strategic thinking and tactical action.
