We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales and Marketing Department, ensuring seamless coordination of campaigns, events, and communications to promote The Westbury as a world-class destination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
2. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of promotional activities.
3. Manage content creation and updates for the hotel's website and social media platforms.
4. Support the sales team in organizing events, meetings, and client presentations.
5. Analyze market trends and report on campaign performance to inform strategy.
6. Maintain the customer database and assist with CRM management.
7. Handle administrative tasks related to the Sales and Marketing Department.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a sales and marketing role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
2. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
