* Several years of site/project management experience, with at least five years at Contracts/Project Manager level.
* Full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from a time scale and commercial perspective, managing multiple projects concurrently.
* Effective motivational attributes and proven managerial skills, combined with strong commercial awareness.
* A driving ambition to progress to senior management and achieve promotional prospects based on performance.
