The team and the opportunity As part of our ambition to become the Sustainability digital transformation go-to partner, EY has established a Sustainability Technology business within Consulting.
This is a home for our talent and will be a differentiator in the marketplace.
You will join the EY's Sustainability Technology team within Technology Consulting, working closely with communities of sustainability and technology focused professionals who work together to deliver this change.
Your key responsibilities As a Business Analyst, you will work with our clients to understand business goals and priorities, and to work with functional teams to formulate solutions to meet these goals.
You will build valuable relationships with our clients through demonstrating exceptional delivery.
You'll also have the responsibility to help grow and win new business by contributing to proposals and client presentations.
You will also get to draw on your skills and experience, creating innovative insights for clients looking to develop their change agenda to deliver value and improve their operations.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
At least 2 years' experience working within a consulting firm, industry or government organisation.
Experience gathering, defining and documenting business and solution requirements for the enhancement, replacement, or introduction of IT systems.
A strong academic record including a third level degree.
Experience in one or more of our focus industries including Power & Utilities, Government & Public Sector, Financial Services, Life Sciences and Telecommunications & Media.
Experience operating in a fast paced, multi-vendor environment in a client facing role.
Experience in business development such as client relationship management and proposal support.
Ideally, you will also have experience in:
Analysing systems and procedures, process design and modelling.
EU sustainability regulation reporting including CSRD and EU Taxonomy.
Mapping data requirements for Sustainability reporting frameworks i.e.
GRI, CDP, TCFD etc.
Writing technical requirements and system mapping.
Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Conducting workshops and interviews.
Stakeholder management and working collaboratively with Development and Testing teams.
Delivery of large-scale business/technology programmes.
