Job Title: Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager will be part of the retail operations team, helping to manage a small team at the ground level in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering 5 Star excellence in Customer Service.
* Dealing with all customer queries efficiently, professionally, and consistently with company policy.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the casino floor, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
* Assist in managing a team of floor staff, providing training, guidance, and support as needed
* Support with budgeting, stock control, and financial reporting as required by the Casino Manager
* Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance management of casino staff
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years Assistant Manager experience in retail or hospitality.
* Strong planning and organisation skills, ability to plan and prioritise work schedule and work within agreed timescales.
* Knowledge of gaming regulations and industry standards is preferred
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* IT proficient, with experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel and the aptitude to learn in-house systems.
* Ability to influence wider business stakeholders
