Sia Partners are looking for a Junior Billing Administrator to join our Finance team in Dublin. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager in Ireland, this position will be a hybrid model, operating out of the Dublin Office and be a key member of the European Hub within Sia Group.
You will be responsible for:
1. Assist local Finance teams in month end closing.
2. Raise Sales Invoices and post to local accounting software.
3. General ledger maintenance and reconciliation
4. Open and manage customer projects in Sia’s timesheets and invoicing system
5. Issue intercompany invoices and reconciliation
6. Follow-up customer payments and monitor cash collection progress.
7. Review and recharge client expenses
8. Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet, payroll, and revenue.
9. Intercompany accounting support
10. All other ad hoc duties as required.
Qualifications
11. 2+ years billing experience
12. Previous experience in a Solicitor, Consulting or Accounting Firm a plus but not essential.
13. Attention to detail is critical, organised and thorough.
14. Excellent time management, adhering to strict deadlines.
15. Team player with the ability to work independently.
16. Ability to prioritize and deliver quality work in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
17. Continuous improvement mindset
18. Strong Excel skills.
19. French would be an advantage but not essential.
