Electrical Construction Manager
Location: Limerick
You’ll be the one keeping things moving when gear’s delayed and the subcontractors are looking for direction.
This isn’t a clipboard-and-meetings kind of job. It’s for someone who can take a project from pre-mobilisation to commissioning without losing the plot — or the team.
You’ll be in the thick of it:
1. Leading site operations
2. Managing productivity, people, and paperwork
3. Pushing subs to deliver like they mean it
4. Solving problems before they land on the PM’s desk
You’ll be the go-to for:
1. Day-to-day action planning (HSEQ, progress, people)
2. Keeping programmes updated (and realistic)
3. Chairing meetings that actually get things done
4. Delivering zero-snags work that the client doesn’t question
You’ll also need to:
1. Know your RAMS from your elbow
2. Be allergic to unsafe behaviour
3. Get the quality right the first time, not the third
4. Push commissioning over the line like your name’s on the cert
If you’re more “make it happen” than “pass it on,” and you’ve been doing this long enough to know that everything’s urgent until something catches fire — we want to hear from you.
If not? No harm done.
