Greenhouse is looking for a Sales Director, EMEA to spearhead our efforts to drive new business growth and expand our presence across the region. This role is focused on new business acquisition, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, building a high-performing sales team, and forging meaningful relationships with prospective customers. Your work will be instrumental in establishing Greenhouse as the leading hiring platform in EMEA.

What you’ll do:
* Develop and execute sales strategy: Define and implement a go-to-market sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share across EMEA.
* Lead and inspire a team: Build, manage, and develop a high-performing Account Executive team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and success.
* Engage with customers: Build and nurture relationships with customers at all levels, aligning solutions to their needs and delivering impactful results.
* Collaborate and innovate: Work closely with partners, channel alliances, and internal teams to localize offerings and maximize market opportunities.
* Represent the brand: Serve as a thought leader at industry events and conferences, elevating Greenhouse’s presence and reputation in the EMEA HR tech space.
You should have:
* 8+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role, preferably with multi-segment sales experience and second-line sales leadership experience.
* Proven success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets within multi-country European markets.
* Exceptional negotiation, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.
* A proven ability to hire, develop, and retain top sales talent.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to balance immediate opportunities with long-term growth objectives.
* Knowledge of the HR tech ecosystem or related industries is strongly preferred.
