Key Responsibilities Lead &
Manage Projects:
Oversee the delivery of a wide range of company secretarial assignments, providing guidance to junior team members and ensuring timely, accurate results.
Refine & Improve Processes:
Lead and continuously refine the process for managing annual compliance matters for our clients, ensuring accurate and timely filings with key regulatory bodies.
Strategic Involvement:
Actively contribute to the overall strategy of the department and the firm, staying ahead of market trends and developments to ensure our activities align with industry best practices.
Team Leadership:
Mentor, motivate, and inspire your team, providing constructive feedback and playing an integral role in their professional development.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients, becoming their trusted advisor and helping to grow their business.
Business Development:
Own your business development portfolio, proactively pitch for new business, and collaborate with partners on consultancy projects to drive the firm's growth.
Operational Excellence:
Manage key operational aspects, including WIP, billing, resource allocation, and assignment scheduling, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and to the highest quality.

Qualifications & Experience Chartered Secretary qualification with 10+ years of post-qualification experience.
