Responsibilities
1. Support the implementation of Primark Cares Sustainability Strategy within Direct Operations
2. Assist with budget preparation, management, and communication
3. Process purchase orders and payments to vendors according to budget expectations
4. Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
5. Prepare materials for meetings and communications (Powerpoints, Word documents, Excel)
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
* Retail or Fast-Moving Consumable Goods experience is beneficial
* Able to work collaboratively, manage time-sensitive tasks, and meet deadlines
* Effective planning and organization skills
* Strong presentation skills
