Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic retail individuals to support our clients' supermarkets in their daily operations.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Store Manager in leading and supervising staff
* Ensuring excellent customer service and store standards
* Managing stock control, including ordering and inventory management
* Maintaining health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 2 years of retail experience, ideally in a supervisory or team lead position
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Excellent leadership and communication abilities
* Ambition to progress into a full management role
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
