RESPONSIBILITIES .Ensure compliance with all food hygiene standards, focusing on HACCP regulations.
Oversee food preparation and service to uphold our commitment to quality and safety.
Cultivate a clean, safe working environment, including regular deep cleaning tasks.
Demonstrate initiative and work independently to achieve exceptional results.
Deliver outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
Manage stock rotation effectively to maintain freshness.
Keep all work areas organized and pristine.
Collaborate with your line manager to perform additional duties to ensure smooth departmental operations.
REQUIREMENTS Previous experience in a similar role or in a fast-paced catering environment is advantageous.
A passion for providing exceptional service and a genuine interest in people.
A strong background in hospitality or catering is essential.
Superior customer service and time management skills.
Solid knowledge of food hygiene practices, including HACCP.
