Reporting to the Hygiene Manager, the Hygiene Operator will complete nightly cleans on production lines in all production areas.
Working nights, including Sunday as part of the working week.
Adherence to Procedures
* GMP Daily hygiene and housekeeping.
* Ensure cleaning instruction cards are met and 100% adhered to during clean downs.
* Follow chemical training completed.
* Follow sequence of cleaning training completed.
* BRC and 5s standards to be upheld every day.
HR Metrics
Key HR Metrics need to be maintained at all times in the business:
* Ensure good timekeeping and absence levels.
* Maintain a minimum of 11 hours rest between shifts.
* Knowledge and application of company handbook, policies, and procedures.
