HR Advisor Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team in Dublin city centre for a 12-month contract. As an HR Advisor, you will provide guidance and advice to managers and employees across EMEA on Employee Relations, Performance Management, and probation queries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recommend solutions to employee relations-related enquiries and escalate as needed to management for further investigation.
* Provide guidance on employee inquiries by interpreting policies and providing clear explanations.
* Maintain accurate employee records and metrics.
* Collaborate with other centres of excellence to drive best practices.
* Manage the HR Inbox of relevant queries.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of Human Resources experience.
* Bachelor's degree required.
* Prior experience working in a centralized HR department or shared services organization is highly desirable.
* Experience with case management systems and Workday is preferred.
* Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
