Your New Role:
The role involves delivering a consistently high standard of guest service while building and maintaining excellent client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent waiting and bar experience, a good personality, good people skills, be guest-oriented, have a caring attitude, and a fine attention to detail. An excellent command of the English language is essential.
Duties will include:
1. Manage the smooth running of the Restaurant.
2. Ensuring your team provides exceptional levels of service for every guest.
3. Rostering of staff in an efficient manner in line with budgets and business needs.
4. Training team members and implementing SOPs.
5. Ensuring that the food and beverage offer is of high standard and stocks are managed.
6. Have a good understanding and working relationship with all areas within the hotel.
7. To ensure that all standards are maintained at all times.
The ideal candidate will:
1. Have previous experience in a similar role in a four-star property.
2. Have extensive food and beverage experience.
3. Have previously held a departmental food and beverage supervisory or assistant management role.
4. Possess excellent knowledge of food and wine.
5. Have the ability to drive excellent customer care.
6. Have knowledge and experience of rosters and budgets.
7. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
