Our client seeks a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue across accommodation, weddings, events, dining, and leisure experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong hospitality background and a proven track record in sales and marketing.

The ideal candidate:
* 5+ years in senior sales and marketing roles within luxury hospitality, tourism, or events.
* Third-level qualification or equivalent.
* Expertise in digital marketing, CRM, and revenue management.
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
* Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue across all business areas.
* Identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
* Conduct sales calls, site inspections, networking events, and FAM trips.
Marketing & Brand Strategy
* Enhance brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
* Collaborate with agencies, designers, and photographers on promotional content.
* Manage website content and implement digital marketing strategies to drive direct bookings.
* Oversee social media and online performance, collaborating with third-party partners.
Revenue & Performance Management
* Work with the Rooms Division Manager and Reservations Team to optimize pricing and occupancy.
* Analyse customer feedback and market insights to enhance guest experience and refine marketing approaches.
