German-Speaking Customer Service Agent – Hybrid in Dublin

We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-paced, multicultural business based in the heart of Dublin – a global player supporting a high-profile online sports and casino platform. They’re scaling their German support team and are looking for friendly, switched-on, fluent German speakers to join their customer experience squad.
What’s the role all about?
You’ll be the go-to person for players reaching out for support via email and chat, providing authentic, helpful customer care delivered with confidence and a human touch. From account queries to guiding customers through promotions or helping solve a technical hiccup — you’ll be trained, trusted, and empowered.

What you’ll bring:
* Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role — think contact centre, retail, hospitality or sales
* Natural problem-solving skills and a calm, clear communication style
* High level of IT literacy (keyboard confidence is key!)
* Bonus points if you have an interest in sports or online entertainment platforms
