The Role Reporting to the Head of Structured Product Solutions, you will play a key role in developing new structured funds and managing them on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities: Assisting in structuring new fund ideas.
Conducting detailed analysis and product back-testing.
Identifying optimal payoff profiles based on prevailing market conditions.
Coordinating fund launch processes internally and externally.
Developing internal derivatives pricing and management tools.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prepare documentation for fund launches, investment committees, and board meetings.
Enhancing and streamlining internal processes where needed.
Profile & Skills: 5+ years of experience in investment management, structured products, or derivatives trading.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, or Visual Basic is advantageous.
Deep understanding of derivatives, ideally with experience as a trader or structurer.
Passion for financial markets and investment strategies.
Independent, proactive, and capable of taking initiative.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
