The Group’s Agribusiness Division (Lakeland Agri) operates a state-of-the-art Animal Feed Manufacturing Facility and is a leading and innovative provider of the highest quality feeds and agricultural inputs to dairy, beef, and sheep farmers across the north and south of Ireland.
We are now seeking applications for 2 positions for IT Service Desk Analyst (Level 1).
The Role:
Reporting to the IT Operation Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer support services and technical assistance with a high level of accurate diagnosis and resolution for all Level 1 tickets raised.
Individual:
The successful candidate will be a motivated individual with a proven ability to work on their own initiative. Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be particularly important, as well as strong problem-solving skills.
Experience & Skills:
1. The ideal candidate should have Level 1 technical services experience working in an IT environment.
2. Excellent communication skills (communication to customers verbally and in writing is mandatory).
3. An understanding of end-user services (hardware, software, Office 365, MS Teams, AD, Exchange).
4. Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
5. A good understanding of Service Management framework processes (ITIL) and using service desk tools would be an advantage.
