Job Description
Hiring an administrator for a 6 month contract with an immediate start and a view to being extended. You will be working for a successful multi-disciplinary contracting business in Rathcoole, DS.
You will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the business units in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
1. Working with ledger systems
2. Assisting Operations team
3. Managing and issuing purchase orders
4. Raising invoices and dealing with queries
5. Raising Job's on our internal system
6. Inputting timesheet data
7. Planning and organising training for operations team
8. Engaging with Stakeholders internal and external
9. Speaking with customers to agree payment dates for invoices.
Requirements:
10. The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
11. Great communication skills to ensure collaboration while working as part of a team
12. Experience of working in an administration role
13. Proficient in a range of IT systems (MS Excel/Word/Sharepoint)
14. Be able to set yourself targets and manage your own time effectively
