Background
The NTPF is a corporate body with functions and responsibilities as set out under Statutory Instrument 179 - National Treatment Purchase Fund (Establishment) Order, 2004 and the Nursing Homes Support Scheme Act (2009). Its key functions include:

The Role
The Stakeholder Manager will assist the Director of Corporate Services in managing the NTPF Board and Committees, implementing stakeholder engagement and communication strategies, managing website content, and developing corporate documents such as the Strategic Plan and Annual Report. The role involves close collaboration with the Chief Executive due to its engagement responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Board Relations
* Developing and managing communications related to the Board and its Committees.
* Supporting Board activities, including meeting arrangements, minute-taking, and action follow-up.
* Assisting in developing corporate strategies.
* Supporting the Chair and Board in external meetings.
Communications
* Implementing the NTPF Communication Strategy across various media and stakeholder channels.
* Creating and publishing key corporate documents and content.
* Managing social media engagement, including LinkedIn.
* Handling internal communications and covering for the PA to the Chief Executive.
