Primary Responsibilities:
* Manage and facilitate all required project workstreams to ensure successful delivery.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans in MS Project.
* Track actual progress against planned timelines.
* Monitor and manage planned vs. actual expenditure.
* Oversee testing and release management activities.
* Ensure successful, end-to-end delivery of all project phases.
* Develop and maintain IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
* Work effectively in complex technical environments.
* Operate within a PMO framework, ensuring all required artefacts are developed and maintained to support project delivery.
* Liaise with the client to ensure all necessary project controls and reports are in place.
* Monitor relevant SLA/contract metrics and take appropriate action when required.
* Provide regular updates to the CIO, Head of PMO, senior management, and relevant committees on project progress and key issues.
* Transition completed projects into operational service.
* Perform any other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
* The Project Manager(s) must have full lifecycle experience managing complex IT projects, particularly within the Data & Analytics domain. Candidates should demonstrate substantial expertise by having successfully delivered at least three high-profile data-related projects, ideally within similar technical environments.
Certifications:
* PMP, or equivalent formal Project Management certification.
* ITIL Certification.
