#ThisIsYourPlaceWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee and manage the maintenance operations of our hotel.
The ideal candidate will ensure that our facilities are safe, well-maintained, and meet the needs of our guests and staff.
This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and excellent leadership skills.About The RoleKey Responsibilities:· Oversee the daily operations of the hotel's facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections.· Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and efficiency of hotel equipment and infrastructure.· Manage and supervise maintenance staff to ensure an efficient work flow .· Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance services.· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.· Monitor and manage the facilities budget, including procurement of supplies and materials.· Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests and issues.· Conduct regular inspections of the hotel's premises to identify and address any maintenance or safety concerns.· Develop and maintain a comprehensive inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies.· Prepare and present reports on facilities operations, maintenance activities, and budget expenditures to the General Manager.· Monitor and manage efficient energy and water usage .Skills NeededTechnicalAbout The CompanyFounded in 1996, PREM Group is a European hospitality management leader, operating an extensive portfolio of hotels, serviced apartments, and properties.
