LEGAL RECRUITER/ACCOUNT MANAGER - DUBLIN
3 days per week in the office
Salary range: EUR 70-80,000 a year
Role overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal recruiter to join our Flexible Services team as an Account Manager. Our Account Managers are at the forefront of our service delivery to clients – those being in house legal teams of all sizes who are utilising our Flexible Services offering across a diverse range of sectors, as well as providing interim resourcing solutions to Practice Groups / Sectors / Teams. This is a permanent position and will be our first Account Manager in Ireland, with responsibility for growing the Flexible Services offering locally.
Daily responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
1. Supporting on building the candidate pool in Ireland and identifying and developing opportunities to promote the Flexbile Services offering within our Practice Groups, clients and wider legal community in Ireland.
2. Liaising with clients and candidates to match them to assignments.
3. Undertaking assignment briefs and debriefs with clients.
4. Leading on assignment activity and implementing strategic resourcing plans
5. Preparing fee proposals
6. Using internal and external resources to prepare candidates for their assignments
7. Overseeing compliance activity for assignments
8. Taking a lead role in fulfilment best practice, driving consistency and quality of service in line with Vario's market leading reputation
9. Supporting on business development projects, new client solutions, training programmes and technology
10. Collaborating with international colleagues
Candidate overview:
If you are the right candidate for us, you will hold the following skills and experience:
11. Previous experience of working within a law firm, a legal service provider or an in-house legal team
12. Legal or professional services recruitment experience
13. Understanding of and interest in the changes in the legal sector
