Responsibilities
1. Inform and consult accommodation partners regarding their business performance, market opportunities and industry trends.
2. Encourage hotel partners on how to use the back-end hotel system, tools and available products with the goal of enhancing the hotel performance on the platform and creating a wonderful experience for Coop customers.
3. Regular benchmarking and monitoring of market competitiveness of our hotel programs.
4. Keep up to date on current hospitality trends and constantly assess and propose new ideas to improve customer conversion and retention.
5. Work closely with key personal to understand customer needs with data, identify gaps in our offerings and develop product requirements.
6. Define key metrics, track them, and improve upon them.
7. Together with the marketing team, create and execute the media plan and growth strategy for our markets in Scandinavia.
To thrive in this role, you must...
8. Be fluent in Danish or Norwegian (C2 or Native) with a good knowledge of English (C1)
9. Have experience working in sales environment with an accompanying bachelor's degree
10. Be interested in learning more about the hotel industry than you already know
What's in it for you?
11. Salary: €38, base salary per annum + 10% annual performance bonus + Benefits (TBC)
12. Contract: Permanent Contract, Full-time
13. Working hours: Monday to Friday, regular office hours
14. Location: Hybrid model, 2 days in office location based in Dublin, Ireland
15. Languages: English and Norwegian
