Essential Job Functions:
1. Business Assisting in conducting RFPs for new linesTaking part / assisting in term sheet negotiationAssist in implementation
2. Reporting obligations Ensuring all reporting line covenants are metReviewing / uploading the relevant reportsMaintaining and submitting borrowing base / PDR report
3. Monitoring Monitoring compliance of lines with fund prospectus and facility agreement
4. Line usage Submit drawdown request together with required documents
5. Ongoing optimisation of the lines (new sub-facilities / increases, etc.)
6. Weekly summary report
7. Chair weekly credit line coordination call
8. Maintain internal databases
9. Ad hoc queries
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
For the position at hand, we seek applicants with 5+ years’ work experience and a bachelor degree from a top-tier college or university. The following factors will definitely be a benefit for the potential candidates:
10. Previous experience with Credit Facilities
11. Demonstrates commitment, accuracy and attention to detail, even in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
12. Highly motivated with a passion for the industry
13. Knowledge of the private debt sector a plus
14. Passion for fast-paced learning, especially in a technology-enabled environment
15. Good analytical skills with a flair for processes as well as good IT skills
16. Takes initiative and ownership of responsibilities assigned
17. Ability to prioritize activities while working on multiple projects and achieve target deadlines
18. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
