Key Responsibilities Participating in design workshops to gain a clear understanding of our client's industry and business requirements.
Learning about accelerators such as SAP Model Company or EY's Pre-Configured Industry Solutions for potential use as design accelerators on client engagements.
Customize SAP PM and FSM functionalities to meet the specific needs of clients, including asset management, work order planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and service execution.
Lead the design and implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance and Field Service Management, considering best practices and industry standards.
Drive the development and maintenance of the SAP Plant Maintenance and FSM architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and flexibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
Producing key project deliverables including design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials, etc.
Sharing knowledge of best practices within the SAP team and across other firm disciplines, as well as developing other members of the SAP team.
Supporting the development of the SAP practice, including leading internal team activities, supporting sales activities, and facilitating client events.

To qualify for the role you must have A third level qualification in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 7 years' experience delivering in SAP Plant Maintenance and Field Service Management, with a proven track record of successful implementations and support.
Experience with, or demonstrable understanding of, S/4HANA best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenarios.
In-depth knowledge of SAP PM and FSM modules, including configuration, customization and integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
Strong ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach.
Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with senior-level clients.
Ideally, you'll also have Relevant SAP certifications in Utilities or related modules.
Experience with full asset lifecycle management using EAM capabilities in S/4HANA.
Proven ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into effective SAP Plant Maintenance and FSM solutions.
