Your main responsibilities will be to oversee and assist in the overall running of the hotel and its departments whilst reporting to the General Manager.
REQUIREMENTS 2-3 years experience in a similar role in either a 4* or 5* hotel is essential for this position Hotel management qualification or equivalent considered an advantage Excellent communication, leadership and time management skills with a professional and friendly manner Have great organisational skills with an excellent eye for detail, customer focused with the ability to enhance the guest experience Have the ability to lead a team across all departments ensuring the smooth running of the hotel on a daily basis Be flexible to work a variety of different shifts which will include evenings and weekends Be efficient with hotel booking systems such as Hotsoft & Opera PACKAGE ON OFFER A competitive salary of €40,000 – €45,000 Per Annum depending on experience and qualifications Personal development plan Free Parking & Meals on Duty If you have the necessary experience
