About the Role
This Sales Advisor position plays a vital role in supporting our in-store operations by ensuring stock levels are managed efficiently and effectively.
You will be responsible for maintaining stockroom organisation, ensuring stock accuracy, and assisting in replenishing the shop floor to meet customer demand.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining accurate inventory records and managing stockroom organisation.
* Ensuring timely replenishment of stock to meet customer demand.
* Greeting and assisting customers with product selection to deliver excellent customer service.
* Processing transactions quickly and efficiently at the till.
* Advising customers on promotions and offers to maximise sales.
* Working as part of a team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
* No prior experience is necessary, but previous experience in retail or customer service roles is advantageous.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A positive, proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
