Role Overview
We are seeking 2 experienced Electrical Project Managers to oversee and manage electrical systems installations for Data Centre projects in Frankfurt & Sweden. You will be involved from the start of the project through to the end. The role involves ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction. As a key player in the project team, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, stakeholders, and budgets, while leading a team of engineers and contractors to ensure successful project completion. Career progression will be available for the right person, up to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for initial site set-up and mobilisation of site management and trade staff.
* Attending and coordinating client meetings on a weekly basis.
* Continuous monitoring of site management team, trade staff and agency staff.
* Auditing and reporting of EHS and QA/QC processes.
* Adhere to and manage project programme/schedule and issue of notices when required.
* Managing the Electrical budget for the duration of the projects, and attend weekly meetings with the Commercial team.
Requirements overview
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or Trade qualified.
* At least 5-7 years of experience in electrical engineering or project management, with 3+ years in managing electrical projects for industrial or critical facilities (e.g., data centres, pharmaceuticals).
* Strong understanding of electrical systems design and installation, including power distribution, lighting, backup power (UPS), and safety systems.
* Experience working on data centre projects or within regulated industries like pharmaceuticals is a significant advantage.
