About this roll* (Responsibilities)
1. Be curious and help teams identify and implement the most valuable Agile practices, tailored to their needs. Provide the “right” amount of support with the goal of leading the teams to learn and maintain healthy Agile habits and become self-organizing
2. Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure timely prioritization of the Product Backlog, Backlog Refinement, and that User Stories are written following best practices
3. Facilitate work management events such as sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily scrums
4. Capture and socialize metrics and team health data to improve forecasts and help the team maintain a sustainable pace
5. Help the team to size work, commit to it confidently, and maintain focus on the highest priority work
6. Identify and remove impediments to progress
7. Regularly review metrics, communicate progress to Stakeholders, anticipate bottlenecks, and provide escalation management

8. Experience with applying concepts from different Agile approaches (, Kanban, XP)
9. Experience in empowering teams to become self-organizing and develop an agile mindset
10. Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
11. Ability to adapt nimbly to a dynamic environment of shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
12. Experience with technical tools such as Jira, Confluence, EazyBI, GSuite, Zoom, Slack
13. 3+ years of Scrum Master or Agile Coaching experience in a technical organization
14. Experience teaching Agile concepts to team members who are new to Agile or have misconceptions about Agile
15. Proven track record for promoting open and constructive communication
16. Creative and effective in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems
17. Ability to collaborate with and influence people at various levels
