Brooks Hotel, a newly renovated Four Star Boutique Hotel located on Drury Street just a few minutes from Grafton Street, seeks a full time Duty Manager. The hotel operates at the higher end of the four star market, enjoying a great location in the city centre.

Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for the overall daily running of the operation to high four star standards whilst on duty management shift which includes late and early shifts.
* Ensuring control, procedures and systems are improved and maintained throughout the hotel to ensure the smooth running of the hotel on a daily basis.
* Motivate and coach the team to ensure high four star standards are maintained and support them when needed.
* Correspond and communicate with guests showing a high level of competence in letter/email writing.
* Welcome guests to the hotel and ensure their stay is a positive experience.
* Oversee team and assist them when necessary on the floor.
