Job Purpose
Hibernia College seeks to recruit a Student Enrolment Advisor whose sole purpose will be to generate student enrolments by managing leads for prospective students who have made an initial inquiry about the courses that Hibernia College has to offer.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage sales pipelines across various modes of communication.
* Build relationships with prospective students by discovering their needs and concerns.
* Support prospective students through the enrolment process with advice on the application and interview process.
* Develop sales strategies for new and existing programmes.
* Record all leads and sales activity on CRM system.
* Conduct targeted follow up with leads generated at events or who respond to specific marketing campaigns, as required by the Enrolment Team Leader.
Requirements/Qualifications
* Relevant third level qualifications.
* Proven experience in sales and/or account management experience.
* Experienced event management and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated and thrives to meet and exceed goals within a sales environment.
* Excellent team player Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
* Excellent IT skills and proficient in full suite of MS packages and CRM.
* Full driving licence and own transport.
